This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes work for services provided by Syllabi Limited, trading as Syllabi, Syllabi Education, or Syllabi Tuition.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Payments

  • All services are sold on a monthly subscription basis

  • Payments are processed automatically each month via Stripe

  • Subscription fees vary depending on subjects and package selected

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment.

You may request a full refund within 14 days if:

  • The request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase

  • The request is made in writing

  • There has been no excessive or abusive use of the service

Refunds are intended for customers who wish to assess whether the service is suitable, not for those who primarily consume the service with the intention of cancelling.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion in situations such as:

  • Removal of one subject from a multi-subject subscription

  • Downgrading from live lessons to recordings-only access

  • Reduction in services partway through a billing period

Partial refunds are calculated based on the remaining value of the subscription and the services still provided.

5. No Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period:

  • No refunds are provided for time already used

  • Missed lessons, unused resources, or lack of attendance do not qualify for refunds

  • Refunds are not issued for failure to engage with the service

Cancellation after 14 days prevents future charges only.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation applies to future billing periods only

  • Access to the platform remains available until the end of the current paid period

Once a billing cycle has started, it is considered earned and non-refundable after the 14-day period.

7. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing.

  • The student’s full name

  • The email or phone number used at checkout

  • A clear request to cancel or request a refund

8. Immediate Access to Digital Content

Access to our platform, lessons, recordings, and resources is typically provided within 10 minutes of purchase.

By accessing the service immediately, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital content and live services begin instantly

  • The service is considered active from the time access is granted

This does not affect your statutory rights or our 14-day money-back guarantee but helps us prevent abuse of the refund policy.

9. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse refunds where there is evidence of repeated or abusive refund requests

  • Suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or bad-faith behaviour
